Before any work begins, we conduct a thorough inspection of your garage door system. This includes examining the springs, cables, rollers, tracks, hinges, panels, weather seals, and opener components. For repair calls, we identify the root cause of the problem rather than just treating the symptom. For new installations, we measure the opening, evaluate headroom and side room clearance, check the condition of the framing, and assess power availability for the opener. Based on the inspection, we present your options with clear, upfront pricing. For repairs, we explain which parts need replacement and why. For new installations, we recommend specific door styles, materials, and insulation levels suited to your needs and budget. We cover opener types — belt drive, chain drive, or wall-mount — and any additional features like battery backup or smart connectivity. Once you approve the estimate, we get to work. For repairs, many common issues like broken springs, snapped cables, and roller replacements can be completed the same day. Before we call any job finished, we put the system through a complete test.
